By accessing or using the services provided by Anima Labs ("we", "us", "our", "Anima Labs"), including our websites animalabs.kz and animalabsai.dev, our AI-powered sales agents, CRM integrations, and Meta Platform integrations (collectively, the "Service"), you ("you", "User", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Anima Labs provides a digital sales system for businesses, including:

• Premium website development with CRM integration
• AI-powered voice and chat sales agents ("Neuro-seller")
• Integrations with Meta Platforms (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, Threads, Marketing API, Messenger)
• Lead management, conversion optimization, and analytics
• Consulting and audit services

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

• To use Meta integrations, you must authorize Anima Labs via Facebook Login or connect Meta business assets (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, WhatsApp Business accounts, Ad accounts).
• You retain full ownership of your Meta accounts and data. Authorization can be revoked at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

When you connect Meta accounts to Anima Labs:

• We access and process Meta Platform data only as necessary to provide the Service you request (publishing posts, managing comments, routing WhatsApp messages, displaying analytics, optimizing ads).
• We comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms.
• We do not sell your Meta Platform data, do not use it for advertising outside of the Service you authorize, and do not train AI models on your private WhatsApp message content.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate WhatsApp/Messenger messaging policies
• Publish content that violates Meta's Community Standards or Advertising Policies
• Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

• Pricing is communicated separately at the time of contract or subscription.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

• The Service, including all software, designs, models, and content created by Anima Labs, is our exclusive property or licensed to us.
• You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to deliver the Service.

We will treat your business data, customer lists, message content, and analytics as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver the Service or comply with law.

• The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue.
• We are not responsible for downtime or changes to Meta APIs that affect functionality.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may terminate by revoking Meta authorization and notifying us at animus.machine.labs@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or violation of Meta policies.
• Upon termination, we will delete your data per our Data Deletion Policy at /data-deletion.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on animalabs.kz at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
