This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you interact with our products, websites (animalabs.kz, animalabsai.dev) and our integrations with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, Ads Manager).

• Account & Contact Data: name, email, phone (when you contact us or sign up).
• Meta Platform Data — when you authorize our app via Facebook Login or connect your Meta business assets:
  • Facebook/Instagram Business profile info (page ID, name, profile picture)
  • Instagram & Threads content (posts, media, comments, insights) — used solely to display analytics and publish on your behalf
  • WhatsApp Business messages (message text, sender phone number, timestamps, media) — processed only to deliver, route and analyze conversations you explicitly initiate through our service
  • Marketing API / Ads data (campaign performance, audiences, ad spend, conversion metrics) — used to display reports and optimize your campaigns
• Technical Data: IP, browser, device, cookies (see section 8).

• Provide and operate the Service (publish content, send/receive WhatsApp messages, run/report on ad campaigns)
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Improve our products and customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

Performance of contract, legitimate interest, consent (where required), legal obligation.

We share data with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service:

• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Threads APIs)
• Cloud hosting providers (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
• Analytics (anonymized only)

We never sell or rent your data.

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• Account data: lifetime of the account + 90 days after deletion
• WhatsApp message logs: up to 30 days unless required by law
• Ads/analytics: up to 24 months
• Users may request earlier deletion at any time (see Data Deletion page)

Under GDPR, CCPA and other applicable laws you have the right to access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, objection and to withdraw consent. Contact us at animus.machine.labs@gmail.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

Data may be processed outside your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, regular audits.

The Service is not intended for users under 16.

We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
